Policies

Cancellation, early check out and no show policies are those conditions under which a host will return (or doesn't return) money to Trustedstay if the guest cancels the reservation. All listings on Trustedstay have their own cancellation/Early checkout and No-show policy. Travellers must agree to these policies when submitting a booking request.

1. Cancellation Policy

2. Early Checkout/No Show Penalty

15-29 days 5 "5" and "29-number of days stayed", whichever is lower
30-90 days 10 "10" and "90-number of days stayed", whichever is lower
>90 days 30 "30" and "Original duration of stay - number of days stayed", whichever is lower

3. Refund policy with refund mode

Refund mode is available for online payment via Credit card, debit card & Net banking.

  • In the case of payment failure refund will take 7-10 working days to credit the money into customer a/c.
  • Reasons for this are cycle of the billing processing time.
